Special meeting to discuss financing items for the Sorrento Pines Community Development District.

SORRENTO PINES COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NOTICE OF MEETING
 
The Board of Supervisors (Board) of the Sorrento Pines Community Development District (District) will hold a Special Meeting on February 18, 2026 at 1:00 p.m., at the W.T. Bland Public Library, 1995 N. Donnelly St., Mount Dora, Florida 32757 for the purpose of considering financing items. At such time the Board is authorized and may consider any other business that may properly come before it.
 
The meeting is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The meeting may be continued in progress to a date and time certain announced at the meeting. A copy of the agenda may be obtained by contacting the offices of the District Manager, Wrathell, Hunt & Associates, LLC, 2300 Glades Road, Suite 410W, Boca Raton, Florida 33431, (561) 571-0010, during normal business hours or by visiting the Districts website,

If anyone chooses to appeal any decision of the Board with respect to any matter considered at the meeting, such person will need a record of the proceedings and should accordingly ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which such appeal is to be based.
