NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A RULE OF THE VILLAGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 11 AMENDING AND RESTATING CHAPTER I OF THE DISTRICTS RULE TO BRING ABOUT DEED COMPLIANCE. A Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Supervisors of the Village Community Development District No. 11 on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. at the SeaBreeze Regional Recreation Center, 2384 Buena Vista Boulevard, The Villages, Florida. The proposed Rule provides clarifications and limitations related to the duration of seasonal displays. At the Public Hearing the District residents and all other interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed Rule adoption. The Rule is being adopted pursuant to Sections 120.54, 190.011, 190.012 and 190.035, Florida Statutes, and is specifically implementing that authority granted by Section 190.012(4), F.S. The proposed Rule is available for review at the District Clerks Office located 3571 Kiessel Run, The Villages, Florida. The Notice of Intent of Rule Development was advertised in the Daily Sun on January 31, 2026.
