A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A RULE OF THE VILLAGE COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO. 6 ESTABLISHING CHAPTER III TO INCORPORATE THE AUTHORIZATION AND REQUIREMENTS FOR TOWING AND REMOVAL OF VEHICLES AND VESSEL FROM DISTRICT OWNED FAILITIES AND PROEPRTY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE
 
A Public Hearing will be held by the Board of Supervisors of the Village Community Development District No. 6 on Wednesday, March 11, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the SeaBreeze Recreation Center, 2384 Buena Vista Boulevard, The Villages, Florida. The proposed Rule provides to incorporate the authorization and requirements for towing and removal of improperly parked vehicles and vessels from District-Owned facilities and property and providing for an effective date. At the hearing the District residents and all other interested persons shall have an opportunity to be heard concerning the proposed rule adoption. The rule is being adopted pursuant to Sections 120.54, 190.011, 190.012 and 715.07, Florida Statutes. The proposed rule is available for review and copying at the District Clerks Office located at 3571 Kiessel Road, The Villages, Florida. Notice of Rule Development was advertised in the Daily Sun on February 1, 2026.
