NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 5th day of May2026, and entered in Case No. 2025 CA 1487 of the Circuit Court of the 7th Judicial Circuit in and for Alachua County, Florida, wherein VYSTAR CREDIT UNION is the Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF NICHOLAS BRETAGNA, II; UNKNOWN
HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF NICHOLAS BRETAGNA, II; UNKNOWN TENANT #1
AS TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 AS TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants.
