NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated the 22nd day of April, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2026 10354 CICI of the Circuit Court of the 7th Judicial Circuit in and for Volusia County, Florida, wherein VYSTAR CREDIT UNION is the Plaintiff, and ARNOLD COLUCCIO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ARNOLD COLUCCIO N/K/A LESLIE COLUCCIO, CITY OF DAYTONA BEACH, GEORGETOWN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF DAYTONA BEACH, INC. UNKOWN TENANT #1 AS TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY and UNKOWN TENANT #2 AS TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY, are Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via electronic sale at www.volusia.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m., in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
