NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 16-2025-CA-006228 of the Circuit Court of the FOURTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Duval County, Florida, wherein PennyMac Loan Services, LLC is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Ime Eddie a/k/a Ime Aniedi Eddie, Deceased; Alejandra Denisse Eddie a/k/a Alejandra Denisse; K.I.E., a minor child by and through the natural Guardian and Mother, Alejandra Denisse Eddie a/k/a Alejandra Denisse; Summer Grove Condominium Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at,

beginning at 11:00 AM on the 28th day of July, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 41, PHASE 11, OF SUMMER GROVE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 10881, PAGE 17, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DUVAL COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
