NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure (In Rem) dated April 28, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 16-2025-CA-006564 of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for Duval County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I TRUST 2006-HE10, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-HE10, Plaintiff, and ESTATE OF JEANETTE SMITH, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS, LIENORS, TRUSTEES OF JEANETTE SMITH, DECEASED; DANNY JOE COWART A/K/A DANIEL JOE COWART; WILLIAM ALLEN SMITH; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A BRYAN LUMSDEN; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION #2 N/K/A STEPHEN HONNERLAW, are Defendants.

If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
