NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment in favor of the Plaintiff dated the 27th day of April, 2026, and entered in Case No.: 2025-CA-000368 of the Circuit Court of the Fifth Judicial Circuit in and for Lake County, Florida in which the Clerk of this Court, Gary J. Cooney, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lake County Courthouse, 550 W. Main St., First Floor, Tavares, FL 32778 at 11:00 a.m. on the 1st day of September, 2026, the following described property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 13, of Beacon Ridge at Legends Phase IV, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 49, Page 79, of the Public Records of Lake County, Florida.
Property Address: 3695 Liberty Hill Drive, Clermont, FL 34711.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim no later than the date the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
