NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment in Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 10, 2026, and entered in Case No. 16-2023-CA-008342, of the Circuit Court of the Fourth Judicial Circuit in and for DUVAL County, Florida. CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC (hereafter Plaintiff), is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS OF RUBY L. HUBBARD; HILLARD WEBB, III; VENOR WEBB; AVIS THOMAS; CLARENCE ORGAN A/K/A CLARENCE ORGEN; AYOEEMI WEBB; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, are defendants.
