NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 7, 2026 in Civil Case No. 24001732CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff and Michael L. Moenter, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 3rd day of June, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. 144, Fiddlers Green Condominium II, Phase 2, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 868, Page 791, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 6, Page 33, Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
