NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 20, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25001153CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING LLC is Plaintiff and Eustacio Matias, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of May, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 40, OAK HARBOUR, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 20, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
