NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered 3/20/2026 in Civil Case No. 25000785CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Charlotte County, Punta Gorda, Florida, wherein SERVIS ONE, INC. DBA BSI FINANCIAL SERVICES is Plaintiff and Rey Gonzalez a/k/a Rey M. Gonzalez, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Roger D. Eaton, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 27th day of May, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 6, Block 818, PUNTA GORDA ISLES SECTION TWENTY THREE, according to the Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 2A through 2-Z-41, inclusive, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
