NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 25-CA-006834 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION AS TRUSTEE FOR FREDDIE MAC SEASONED CREDIT RISK TRANSFER TRUST, SERIES 2022-1, Plaintiff, and JOHN C. BOYLE; MARY DEBORAH LYNN BOYLE; DAVIS WOODS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 11th day of June, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 824, OF DAVIS WOODS CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1580, AT PAGE 83, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
