NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 29, 2026, in the above-styled action, the clerk of court, Matt Reynolds, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at https://putnam.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on June18, 2026, the following described property in Putnam County, Florida:
A parcel of land located in the NE Quarter of Section 10, T9S, R23E, Putnam County, Florida, locally referred to as Lots 1 and 2 in Block "J" of an unrecorded plat of HALFMOON LAKE HOMESITES and legally described as follows:
Commence at a concrete monument located at the NE corner of said Section 10 and run thence North 89 deg 58 min 58 sec West along the Section line a distance of 2170.1 feet to a point; thence run South 00 deg 56 min 08 sec West a distance of 66 feet to a point for the Point of Beginning (being the Northeast corner of said Lot 1). From this point of beginning continue South 00 deg 56 min 08 sec West a distance of 216 feet to a point (being the Southeast corner of said Lot 2); thence run North 89 deg 58 min 58 sec West a distance of 202 feet to a point (being the Southwest corner of said Lot 2); thence run North 00 deg 56 min 08 sec East a distance of 216 feet to a point (being the Northwest corner of said Lot 1); thence run South 89 deg 58 min 58 sec East a distance of 202 feet to the Point of Beginning; TOGETHER with that certain 1974 Mobile Home, ID#04611748H, Title #318699.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
