Thence go South 0 deg. 56 min. 08 sec. West 338. 1 feet paralleling the Easterly boundary of said Section 10, to an iron pipe on the Northerly boundary of a 66 foot wide road; Thence go North 89 deg. 27 min. West along the Northerly boundary of a 66 foot wide road 131 feet to an iron pipe; Thence go North 0 deg. 56 min. 8 sec. East, paralleling the Easterly section line of said Section 10, 336.5 feet to an iron pipe on the Northerly boundary line of said Section 1 0; Thence go South 89 deg. 58 min. 58 sec. Together with that certain 1988 Redman doublewide mobile home ID#l3006399A and ID#l3006399B which is permanently affixed to the lands above described and as such is deemed to be a fixture and a part of the real estate.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 30, 2026, in the above-styled cause, pending in said Court.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
