NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 25, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-001061, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for OSCEOLA County, Florida, wherein CITIBANK, N.A., NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF BARCLAYS MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2024-NQM1 is Plaintiff and YESID PULGARIN; UNKNOWN PERSON IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BELLAVID HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. KELVIN SOTO, ESQ, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3 Courthouse Square, Room 204 (2nd floor), Kissimmee, FL 34741, at 11:00 A.M., on MAY 26, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BELLAVIDA PHASE 2C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 161 AND 162, PUBLIC RECORDS OF OSCEOLA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
