NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 2025-CA-002714 MF of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Osceola County, Florida, wherein CROSSCOUNTRY MORTGAGE, LLC, Plaintiff, and ONEIL WALLACE; LINDA WALLACE; KINGWOOD ORLANDO REUNION RESORT LLC; REUNION RESORT & CLUB OF ORLANDO MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION # 1, are Defendants. KELVIN SOTO, ESQ., The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at the Osceola County Courthouse, 3 Courthouse Square, Room 204 (2nd floor), Kissimmee, FL 34741, at 11:00 AM, on the 2nd day of SEPTEMBER 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
