THE SOUTH 1/3 OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 21, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, COLUMBIA COUNTY, FLORIDA (LESS AND EXCEPT AND PART LYING WITHIN ANY ROAD RIGHT OF WAY)
and commonly known as: 294 NE OMAR TERRACE, LAKE CITY, FL 32055; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 3rd Floor (Courtroom 1) of the Columbia County Courthouse, 173 N.E. Hernando Avenue, Lake City, FL 32055, on June 17, 2026 at 11:00 A.M..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
