NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No. 502025CA011590XXXAMB on May 6, 2026 of the Circuit Court of the 15th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida in favor of Plaintiff, THE APARTMENTS AT TIMBERLAKE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida corporation not-for-profit, and against Defendants, GUILLERMO A. APESTEGUIA, MARIANO E. ALCARAZ, and ANA VILLANUEVA (OWNERS). The clerk of court, Mike Caruso, will sell the property situated in Palm Beach County, Florida, described as:
