NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 11, 2026 and entered in Case No.: 50-2023-CC-013265-XXXA-SB in the COUNTY COURT in and for PALM BEACH COUNTY, Florida wherein Tiffany Lake Association, Inc., a Florida Not for Profit Corporation, is Plaintiff, and wherein Defendants, Hector B. Peart; Unknown Spouse of Hector B. Peart n/k/a Rosemarie Peart; Grittlie A.
