NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 6, 2026 and entered in Case No. 502025CA000738XXXAMB (AG) of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Grand Isles Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff and Nancy Santiago,Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Morgan Stanley ABS Capital 1 Inc. Trust 2006-HE4, Mortgage Pass-Through Certifcates, Series 2006-HE4 and Unknown Tenant in Possession N/K/A Ross Malter are Defendants, the Clerk of Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, Michael A. Caruso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M on the 10th day of June, 2026 in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 506, Grand Isles, a Condominium, according to that certain Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 19329, Pages 279 through 408, inclusive, as amended, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, together with the exclusive right to use Parking Space 344.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
