NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 15, 2026 and entered in Case No. 502026CA000495XXXAMB (AA) of the Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, wherein Grand Isles Condominium Association, Inc. is Plaintiff and Deborah Burrell and Ashley Brown are Defendants, the Clerk of Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida, Michael A. Caruso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M on the 15th day of June, 2026 in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 1001 of Grand Isles, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 19329, Page(s) 279, of the Public Records of Palm Beach County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
Any Person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
