NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 16, 2026, and entered in Case No. CACE-24-013450 of the Circuit Court of the 17TH Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust Company, National Association, as trustee, as successor-in-interest to U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-EMX1, is Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Katrine Forbes, deceased; Silverlakes Community Association, Inc.; Viola Forbes a/k/a Victory Forbes; United States of America - Department of Justice; Partners for Payment Relief DE II, LLC, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk of Brenda D. Forman, Broward County Clerk of the Court will sell

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiffs mortgage.
