NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025CA000997CAAXES of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Janet Hartman, deceased, Grand Horizons Homeowners Association, Inc., United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Christopher Hartman a/k/a Chris Hartman, Dawn M. Robillard, Dawn Robillard, Trustee of the Charles A. & Janet D. Hartman Living Trust, dated June 2, 2001 and Unknown Beneficiaries of the Charles A. & Janet D. Hartman Living Trust, dated June 2, 2001, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 13th day of July, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
