NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Landlords Lien Against Personal Property, dated May 18, 2026, and entered in Case No.: 2025-CC-008556 of the County Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which CARIBBEAN MOBILE HOME ESTATES, INC. is the Plaintiff and WAYNE KELLER, SANDRA KELLER, AND 21ST MORTGAGE CORPORATION, are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, Pasco County, Florida, at 11:00 a.m. on July 2, 2026, the following described property, as set forth in said Default Final Judgment of Foreclosure of Landlords Lien Against Personal Property:
The mobile home situated at 11644 Turks Drive, New Port Richey, FL 34654, being a 1975 mobile home bearing Vehicle Identification Numbers 20620694A1 and 20620694B1.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner, as of the date of the filing of Plaintiffs complaint in this action, must file a claim with the clerk of court within sixty (60) days after the foreclosure sale.
