DIXON, RICHARD FRANKLIN DIXON, LAKE JOVITA HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF NANCY G. DIXON, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RICHARD FRANKLIN DIXON, are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com on June 15, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

and commonly known as: 34303 SAHALEE LOOP , DADE CITY, FL 33525 (the Property).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
