The Clerk of the Court, NIKKI ALVAREZ-SOWLES, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.pasco.realforeclose.com on June 16, 2026 at 11:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 3, IN BLOCK 6, OF BEXLEY SOUTH PARCEL 3 PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 72, PAGE 104, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 3622 PINE RIBBON DRIVE, LAND O LAKES, FL 34638 (the Property).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
