Mercado, deceased, Carmen Mercado, Wilfredo Mercado, Menio Mercado, Marisa Caceres, Brittany Mercado, William T. Mercado III, Eric Mercado, Destiny Smothers, United States of America Acting through Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the June 24, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
