NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 8th day of May 2026, in Case No. 25-CA-006551, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein, LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is the Plaintiff and GABRIELA MARTINEZ GEYER A/K/A GABRIELA MARIA MARTINEZ GEYER A/K/A GABRIELA M. MARTINEZ A/K/A GABRIELA MARTINEZ; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; EXPERT INC; ARLEY HOME SOLUTIONS, LLC; SERVICE FINANCE COMPANY, LLC, are the Defendants. Victor D.
