NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 09, 2026 in Civil Case No. 24-CA-000539 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR RCF 2 ACQUISITION TRUST is Plaintiff and Adriana Ippolito, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, VICTOR D. CRIST, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12th day of June, 2026 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 5 of 301 North Rome Retail and Townhomes, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 131, Page(s) 187-188, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
