NOTICE IF HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Default Final Judgment entered on January 26, 2026 in the Civil Case No. 24-CA-007957 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Court, Victor D Crist, will on JULY 23, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. (EST), offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com/ in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes for the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida:
