NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 25CA001173AX of the Circuit Court of the 5th Judicial Circuit in and for Marion County, Florida, wherein Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC, Plaintiff and Michael Schaeffer are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Gregory C. Harrell, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.MARION.REALFORECLOSE.COM, AT 11:00 A.M. on June 10, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
