GRIFFIN A/K/A DORTHENIA GRIFFIN; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A CRESSIE GRIFFIN; are Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, Joseph Abruzzo will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com on July 6, 2026 at 10:00:00 AM EST the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
