NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 8, 2026 and entered in Case No. 52-2024-CA-001297 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, as Trustee for the benefit of the Freddie Mac Seasoned Credit Risk Transfer Trust, Series 2019-4 , is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Coralee Eikel aka Coralee Ratliff Eikel, deceased, Kay Elaine Eikel, Gail Lyn Eikel,Pinellas County, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00 am on the June 23, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
