NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 14, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25000891CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services LLC, is Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Steven R. Buescher a/k/a Steven Ray Buescher, deceased, Gardens of Gulf Cove Property Owners Association, Inc., United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, Beverly Metz, Jeffrey Young, David Young, Anna Weston and Andrew Young, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Charlotte County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 8th day of July, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 4307, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 66, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 4A THRU 4G OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 13440 Muriel Avenue, Port Charlotte, Florida 33981
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiffs mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
