NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 25001015CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Freedom Mortgage Corporation is the Plaintiff and Willie Johnson III; Mushonda Latrae Johnson; United States of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Section 20 Property Owners Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 19th day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
