NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 28, 2026, entered in Case No: 2025-CA-2803 of the Circuit Court in and for Marion County, Florida, wherein ANY UNKNOWN PARTY WHO MAY CLAIM AS HEIR, DEVISEE, GRANTEE, ASSIGNEE, LIENOR, CREDITOR, TRUSTEE, OR OTHER CLAIMANT, BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST RICHARD J. GREENBERG and PINE RUN ESTATES IV , are the Defendants, that Greg Harrell, the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.marion.realforeclose.com , on June 03, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOT 11, BLOCK 0, OF PINE RUN ESTATES H, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK V, PAGES 45 AND 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MARION COUNTY, FLORIDA.
