NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated April 21, 2026, entered in Case No.: 25-005519-CI of the Circuit Court in and for Putnam County, Florida, wherein ERIKA N. FREDERICK and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ERIKA N. FREDERICK are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, CPA, the Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on May 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., and shall be conducted online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com , on the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment:
LOT 16, LENEVES SUBDIVISION OF LOT NO. 7 OF F. A. WOODS SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART.
NOTICE : IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN THE DATE THAT THE CLERK REPORTS THE FUNDS AS UNCLAIMED.
