NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 27th day of April, 2026 and entered in CASE NO.: 2024-CC-020739-O, of the County Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Arbors at Meadow Woods Homeowners Association, Inc., is Plaintiff, and Edward Lama, Abigail Checo, Unknown Spouse of Abigail Checo and Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, I will sell to the highest and best bidder at https://www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com/ at 11:00 A.M., on the 7th day of July, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 27, Arbors at Meadow Woods, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 95, Page(s) 19 through 23, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
This property is located at the street address of: 1507 Astoria Arbor Lane, Orlando, FL 32824
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the foreclosure sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
