NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered on April 23, 2026 and entered in Case No. 24-001332-CI in the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FAITH KERPER, and THE OAKS AT COUNTRYSIDE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on June 25, 2026 at 10:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 102, BUILDING 3, OF THE OAKS AT COUNTRYSIDE I, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUMS THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6135, PAGE 252, AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 88, PAGE 113, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS
and commonly known as: 3028 RED OAK COURT, UNIT 102, PALM HARBOR, FL 34684 (the Property).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
