Caruso, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at https://palmbeach.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on August 4, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:   
Unit No. 105, Building C, of Lakeview Greens Condominium No.1, a condominium in the declaration of condominium, as recorded in official records book 2237, Page 1500 of the Public Records of Palm Beach County Florida and all amendments thereto.
