NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 19, 2025 and entered in Case No. 24001935CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and THOMAS E. HAMILTON; SHERRY HAMILTON; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CHARLOTTE COUNTY, are Defendants, I, Roger D Eaton, Charlotte County Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on June 17, 2026, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
