NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 12, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-CC-3307 of the County Court of the Seventh Judicial Circuit in and for St. Johns County, Florida, wherein CIMARRONE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and DAVID J. POTTS, TERRY L. POTTS, UNKNOWN TENANT ONE and DISCOVER BANK are Defendants, Brandy J. Patty, St. Johns County Clerk of Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.saintjohns.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 12:00 PM, on the 18th day of June, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 46, Comanche Trail Two at Cimarrone Golf & Country Club, according to Plat thereof recorded in Map Book 41, Pages 75, 76, 77, 78, 79 and 80, of the Public Records of St. Johns County, Florida.

A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE SALE.
