NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 17th of April 2026, in Case No. 25-001366-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR PARK FUNDING I TRUST, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, WHITE ACQ, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company; JASON WHITE; ANDREW SUPINA; CDW HOMES LLC; SCOTT DACUNHA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2. Ken Burke, Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerks website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 AM on the 4h day of June 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
