JOHNSTON, deceased, File Number 26000218CP, is pending in the Circuit Court for Charlotte County, Florida, Probate Division, the address of which is 350 E Marion Avenue, Punta Gorda, Florida 33950. The Estate is Testate and the date of the decedents Last Will and Testament is June 28, 2012. The name and address of the Personal Representative and the Personal Representatives attorney are set forth below.
