NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment in Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 20, 2025 nunc pro tunc to February 21, 2025 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 1, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 2023CA003308 of the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Seminole County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-NC1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-NC1, Plaintiff, and SIGFRIDO DEJESUS POLANCO A/K/A SIGFRIDO DEJESUS POLANCE, is Defendant.
GRANT MALOY, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at https://www.seminole.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 2nd day of June, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
