NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 8, 2025 and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 11, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 2023CA003090 of the Circuit Court of the Eighteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Seminole County, Florida, wherein NEWREZ LLC D/B/A SHELLPOINT MORTGAGE SERVICING, Plaintiff, and RA'AMONA ALAFAREA SEMITA DEWITT EL; is Defendant.
GRANT MALOY, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at https://www.seminole.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 7th day of July, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 177, MANDARIN SECTION FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 45, 46 AND 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
