Unit 2, Gulfhaven Condominium as described in the Declaration of Condominium of Gulfhaven Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 3875, Page 3088, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
