The Clerk of the Court, KEN BURKE, CPA, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com on May 28, 2026 at 10:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, LESS THE SOUTH 7 1/2 FEET THEREOF, BLOCK 7, CLEAR-VISTA, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 2593 38TH AVENUE NORTH UNIT B, ST PETERSBURG, FL 33713 (the Property).
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
