NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 12th day of May, 2026 in Case No. CACE-25-000748 of the Circuit Court of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit in and for Broward County, Florida, in which Sunrise Lakes Condominium Phase 4, Inc. 2, is the Plaintiff and Michelle Vicente and Any Unknown Occupants are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the online foreclosure site www.broward.realforeclose.com to commence at 10:00 a.m. on the 15th day of July, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
